About Faith...
Hi, I’m Faith Foote, an instructional designer, facilitator, and learning professional with over 15 years of experience creating training solutions that help people feel confident, capable, and supported in their work.
My background spans healthcare, financial services, communications, and startup environments, where I’ve led training initiatives, developed onboarding programs, facilitated instructor-led learning, and partnered with teams to simplify complex information into engaging, learner-centered experiences.
I especially enjoy building practical learning solutions that balance clarity, accessibility, and real-world application. Whether I’m designing eLearning, creating job aids, developing curriculum, or facilitating training sessions, my goal is always the same: to create learning experiences that feel approachable, meaningful, and genuinely useful for the learner.
In addition to instructional design, my experience includes leadership, project coordination, stakeholder collaboration, and training program development from the ground up. I’m passionate about adult learning, accessibility, and creating learning that supports both people and organizational goals.
I’m currently continuing to expand my skills through my Bachelor of Arts in Education program in Instructional Design with a minor in Project Management at Arizona State University, while building portfolio projects that reflect thoughtful, modern learning design.
